Start this journey by registering for Intel’s Military Veteran Virtual Career Fair on Friday, 31 Jan, from 10AM to 12PM (MST). The first 30 minutes will be reserved for an overview of Intel’s Military Veteran programs and recruitment efforts. The rest of the time will be used for veterans to personally chat with Intel recruiters. In addition to a general Intel Military Veterans booth, the following Intel hiring groups will be represented: 1) Sales & Marketing, 2) Software & IT, 3) Manufacturing & Engineering, 4) Supply Chain Management.

Veterans Job Fair Chandler Center for the Arts

Need a JobIf you know of any Veteran seeking employment this is a great opportunity. Your local VFW District 10 Employment Officer will be attending the event and you can CONTACT HIM with any questions. Please help your Veterans and share this with them.

The free expo is 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Oct. 19 at the Chandler Center for the Arts at 250 N. Arizona Avenue (at Chandler Boulevard). Booths representing government, non-profit agencies and other organizations will provide information about benefits and programs for local veterans and their families, as well as on subjects such as health care and jobs.

Participating agencies are the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, the Phoenix VA Center, the VA regional claims office, the Social Security Administration, state veterans homes schools and employers.

The event is part of a partnership between the City of Chandler and the Arizona Department of Veterans Services. For those unable to attend the expo, the Arizona Department of Veterans Services maintains an office in the southeast Valley with two benefit counselors available to provide assistance to local veterans. The office, at 3130 N. Arizona Avenue, (just south of Guadalupe Road) is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
